Ingredients:
28 mixed Oreo cookies
1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
1 cup milk
Chocolate for topping
Additional crushed Oreo cookies for sprinkling
Instructions:
Preparing the pan: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a cake pan with parchment paper or grease it to prevent sticking.
Making the mixture: In a blender or food processor, grind 28 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add a teaspoon of baking powder and a cup of milk, then blend until well combined.
Baking: Pour the prepared mixture into the prepared cake pan. Smooth it out evenly across the surface of the pan. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and the center sets.
Adding chocolate: While the brownies are baking, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Once the brownies are done baking, spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top.
Sprinkling with Oreo cookies: Crush some additional Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top of the melted chocolate.
