What do you do when you can't find time for a nap? To boost productivity and energy, treat yourself to a smoothie that you can take with you to work and on errands.

Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled bananas

  • 5 large strawberries

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon seeds of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon ice

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the prepared smoothie into a glass and drink it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to one day.
