Ingredients:
2 peeled bananas
5 large strawberries
3 pitted dates
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon seeds of your choice
1 tablespoon ice
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the prepared smoothie into a glass and drink it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to one day.
