Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour (e.g., King Arthur's)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning

  • Olive oil spray, egg white, or water for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl to create gluten-free self-rising flour.

  2. Add yogurt, stir until a thick, slightly wet dough forms. Knead until smooth.

  3. Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls (makes 12-13 mini bagels).

  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

  5. Coat bagel balls with olive oil spray, then roll in everything bagel seasoning.

  6. Place bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
