Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour (e.g., King Arthur's)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp kosher salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
Olive oil spray, egg white, or water for coating
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl to create gluten-free self-rising flour.
Add yogurt, stir until a thick, slightly wet dough forms. Knead until smooth.
Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls (makes 12-13 mini bagels).
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Coat bagel balls with olive oil spray, then roll in everything bagel seasoning.
Place bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy your quick and easy mini bagels!
