🥗 Side Dish Suggestion

  1. Greek Tzatziki Sauce:

A Greek tzatziki sauce is an ideal accompaniment to falafels. Its refreshing cucumber and dill flavors will add a cooling contrast to the warm and crispy falafels.

  2. Fresh Cucumber and Tomato Salad:

Prepare a light and refreshing salad with sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil. This simple salad complements the falafels beautifully.

  3. Roasted Vegetable Platter:

Roast an assortment of colorful vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, and cherry tomatoes. The roasted veggies add a lovely smoky flavor and provide a nutritious side dish to accompany the falafels.
