INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly to prevent sticking.

Mash the Bananas: In a mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas until they are smooth. You can use a fork or a potato masher for this.

Add the Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder to the mashed bananas. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Fold in the Berries: Gently fold the fresh or frozen berries into the batter. If you're using frozen berries, do not thaw them beforehand. The batter will turn a lovely fruity color.

Fill the Muffin Cups: Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter. This allows room for the muffins to rise.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Enjoy: Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy your delicious fruit muffins!
