  • 2 pieces of cheese, sliced

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) of gorgonzola

  • 1.5 dl (0.6 cups) of heavy cream

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) of prosciutto

  • 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil

  • salt, pepper, fresh basil

🍽️ Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add a teaspoon of oil and sauté the prosciutto, which has been sliced into strips.

  2. Remove it from the pan and place the sliced cheese in it, pour in the heavy cream, and add the crumbled gorgonzola.

  3. When the cheese melts, add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, mix, season lightly with pepper, and fold in the sautéed prosciutto.

  4. Before serving, garnish with fresh basil. Gnocchi with prosciutto and gorgonzola is even better if drizzled with olive oil.
