INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon natural

  • sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut nectar, etc.)

  • 150 ml almond milk

  • 1/2 banana

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: In a larger glass jar with a screw lid, add rolled oats, chia seeds, sweetener, almond butter, and cinnamon.
