INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Chicken fillets

  • Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 2 Onions (red and regular)

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 150 ml Hot water

  • 1 cup Rice (for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, and add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Marinate the chicken and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, slice the onions into rings. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions for 2 minutes.

  3. Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and 150 ml of hot water to the onions. Season with salt and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  4. In another pan, heat some oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes.

  5. Once the chicken is cooked, add the fried onions on top, along with the tomato paste mixture. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
