Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 ripe banana
1 cup spinach leaves (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, banana, spinach leaves (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and almond milk.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
