  • coconut oil (for frying)

  • 1 tablespoon cranberries

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grind flaxseeds in a coffee grinder and transfer them to a bowl with water. Stir until a gelatinous mixture forms. Slowly add flour, baking powder, and soy milk, and carefully mix to obtain a smooth batter.

  2. In a not too hot pan, melt coconut oil. Pour the prepared batter into the pan, distribute cranberries on top, and let the bottom side golden-brown. Carefully flip and golden-brown the other side.
