INGREDIENTS

  • 4 sesame seed buns

  • 30g soft lettuce leaves

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 tablespoons tartar sauce

  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil

Salmon patties:

  • 200g skinless salmon fillets

  • 1 egg

  • 50g breadcrumbs

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

  • 0.25 teaspoon ground red pepper

  • 2 sprigs of parsley

  • 1 tablespoon oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For salmon patties wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley sprigs.

  2. Cut the fillets into smaller pieces and finely chop them in a food processor. Transfer the minced fish meat to a bowl and mix it with beaten egg, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt, ground red pepper, and chopped parsley.

  3. With moist hands, shape the mixture into patties of any size.

  4. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Wash tomatoes and slice them into rounds.

  1. Heat oil in a pan on the stove and place the salmon patties in the hot oil. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes.

  2. Cut the buns and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half, topped with tomato slices. Add a salmon patty on the tomatoes and finish with a tablespoon of tartar sauce on top. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
