INSTRUCTIONS
- For salmon patties wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley sprigs. 
- Cut the fillets into smaller pieces and finely chop them in a food processor. Transfer the minced fish meat to a bowl and mix it with beaten egg, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt, ground red pepper, and chopped parsley. 
- With moist hands, shape the mixture into patties of any size. 
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Wash tomatoes and slice them into rounds.
