  • 2 seeded wraps

  • 1 avocado, halved and pitted

  • 1 roasted red pepper from a jar, sliced

  • A few sprigs of fresh coriander, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced chicken breast with the lime juice, chili powder, and chopped garlic. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Keep an eye on it as it cooks quickly.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, warm the wraps according to the package instructions or char them slightly over a gas flame. Be careful not to let them dry out.

  4. Spread half an avocado onto each warm wrap.
