1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of nutmeg
30 grams grated cheese (for topping)200g diced tomatoes (1 can)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Batter: Mix eggs, sugar, salt, milk, flour, melted butter, and warm water. Set aside.
Make Filling: Sauté onion, garlic, and spinach until wilted. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Prepare Béchamel: Melt butter, add flour, then gradually pour in milk. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Cook Pancakes: Pour batter onto a hot pan. Cook both sides until golden.
