Breakfast

In an interview with SHAPE magazine, the star revealed that breakfast is the most important meal for her as it gives her the strength and energy she needs for the day. What are her favorite foods? She said, "For breakfast, I usually have scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk."

Lunch

"For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables," the star explained in the same interview. However, this doesn't mean that other foods are completely excluded. Quinoa, pie, and even the occasional potato also appear on her menu.

Snacks

Between meals, Beyoncรฉ occasionally enjoys popcorn or a protein bar with fruit.

Dinner

During the week, her dinner includes lean proteins (fish, poultry) and plenty of vegetables. On Sundays and date nights, however, the star indulges in different meals. She especially loves Italian cuisine. "On Sundays, I usually have one meal when I can eat whatever I want. It's usually pizza, which is my favorite indulgence," she admitted.
